The skier’s paradise of the Lyell Icefield. The icefall here is Icefall Icefall. The ski run from the summit of Lyell 5 (peak near the center) to the cliff edge below the icefall toe, is 5000 feet vertical. Photo from near Valenciennes Mountain.
