Stick Caterpillar, Nova Scotia

The following photograph was sent to me by my nephew, Rudi Brooks, who called it a stick bug. This was a new creature to me. But zooming in on the stick at lower right shows its eyes at lower left. Remarkable. The proper name is "stick caterpillar".
