Nodding saxifrage (rare) (Saxifraga cernua)
Found in the rocks south of Black Powder Pass, July 11, 2021. The red bulblets make this impossible to misidentify.
And a couple days later I found some at the 2.2 mile point on Hoosier Ridge east, on the NW facing slope.
