Dusky penstemon, aka Whipple’s Penstemon (Penstemon whippleanus)

Penstemon comes in a variety of colors. These are usually purple, but can be white or blue. These ones, a bicolored white/lilac variation, were close to Loveland Pass, low trail on N side.
