Western Wallflower, rare orange variation (Erysimum capitatum)

On June 23, 2016, I found three groups of these, all right beside the road, on the road to Mt Evans. First group was below Echo Lake; second group was on both sides of the road, 0.4 miles below the Mt. Goliath Natural Area visitor center; and the third group was on the right side of the road (descending) just after the left turn at the stop sign at Echo Lake. I know of no other alpine flower that offers so much color variation!

In some of these shots there are purple markings on the petals. They might be a color mutation, or normal aging of petals. I am not certain.
