Mt. Forbes, August 1999

Mt. Forbes (11850') from above Mistaya Lodge (April 1997). This view inspired our climb two years later, which approached and reached the summit from the other side. This shot gives a sense of the tremendous relief from Forbes's summit. Forbes is the highest peak in Banff National Park.
